SELL IT, you DONT need additional line pressure with these newer dodge truck transmissions.
And like i`ve always said for years, aftermarket parts usually cause headaches, stick to the OEM parts, those are correct for it.

Check the resistance of the resistor on the wire with larger diameter, it should read about 390 ohms. It might be a case of an open line.

My truck did the limp mode today aswell??

I got in the truck drove 20km went into a place came out 10 minutes later started her up and shifted into R and it felt really harsh.I shifted it into D and it went into what looked like manual mode displaying a 4.

I shut it off and restarted and it went away. WTF??

Is that what yours did pip9ball.

Did I mention it was -29 degrees celius at the time (truck display). Can it cause that?

This issue has happened and been brought up before. There have been post of this on stock, low mileage trucks. I can't remember what was wrong. A solenoid? I can't remember but this has been posted on forumns numerous times in the past. One or two got towed in and such. Try using the search function on this site.

Peter,

Did it only happen that one time or does it occur often? If it has occurred more then once, do you find that it only does it when it is cold outside?

If you are concerned and would like to further review, feel free to send me a PM with your VIN#.

He has no warranty. He installed a TRANS GO shift kit and this issue started. He is his own warranty station.

Yup - he "improved" it, he owns it. Stuck a line booster and shift kit in a perfectly good truck transmission, now paying the price.
