Default Gauge replacement

I have the 2012 RAM 1500 Express with the lame gage package without the battery voltage & oil pressure or the driver info center :-(

What might be involved, if it is even possible, to change to the full gauge dash?

Even worth it??

If you really just want access to that, it might be cheaper/more fun to get a cheap android tablet + a bluetooth OBD2 port reader. You hook the blue tooth OBD2 port reader to your OBDD2 port, then pair it with your tablet. There are many apps you can use to show info (even simulated gages); I've used Torque Pro. I got the adapter cheap at amazon:
