Default Radio Controls

All of a sudden I can't change my radio channels from steering wheel controls? Can run volume but not channels. Says channel locked?? Any one know how to fix this problem? Thanks D

Is the radio locking channels on regular radio stations or satellite radio?

I'd like to look into this further for you. Could you PM me your VIN#, so I can confirm what type of radio your Ram came equipped with.

can you go backwards thru ur presets?

i know pressing the circle in back of the wheel goes down..
but you cant go up right? the up/down just cycles thru stations
not presets I believe..

the regular radio works just fine its only the satellite the round button does work but when i hit the up/down it says channel locked

Does the satellite radio work when using the head unit? Will the head unit allow for up and down channel selection on satellite?

Is your subscription still valid? It could have gone out hence the channel lock
