2013 1500 SLT Master Window Switch blown

Unhappy 2013 1500 SLT Master Window Switch blown

Can someone please help me. I purchased a Ram 1500 SLT 4x4 Janaury 31st. I cannot operate the windows, door locks or mirrors from the driver's side door. I took my truck to the delaership on Friday and they stated the driver's side master window switch is blown out.

I asked how long it would be to get the part replaced and the service manager stated that the part number in the book is wrong. The truck is so new that they do not have the part / and or number for it to replace the switch.
This seems a bit ridiculous. Does anyone know who I contact to find the part and/or order the part?

call the national customer service number that is in your owners manual. You could also ask to talk to the dealership manager. See if they can speed things up foryou.
