Default NEED HELP Recon LED Tailgate Light Bar

i purchased the 60'' Line Of Fire tailgate light bar back in February it's been sitting in my room ever since it arrived.
Decided to put it on today being its so nice out....

I have it plugged into the 4pin hook up and only half of it works...
Drivers side i have nothing, passenger side works like it's suppose to..

I've changed capacitors thinking maybe that would solve the problem and it hasn't, i've checked all my fuses everythings good...

I always have my lights set to "auto" so i decided t switch them off and the light bar worked but it only lights up. it's not signaling when i put my left blinker or right blinker on, even 4 way.

If i switch my lights back to auto the passenger side works, 4 way, right side blinker it all works but again nothing on the drivers side.

Im stomped.... anyone have any suggestions or have this happen???

Is your 4 wire harness factory or one you made yourself?

Could be non standard wiring.

You can go to most autoparts outlets and get yourself one of those trailer connector testers.
It just plugs into your 4-wire plug-in outlet, it will light up the little LED`s to let you know whether that particular circut is active or not.

This is usually the place i buy all my small trailer parts at: www.etrailer.com

Several kinds of tester`s available

Owensue - it's the factory harness.

LU229 - ill try that and see what happens, right now it seems like there's something wrong with the factory harness cause only the passenger side works and not the drivers side...

You can use this mapping from the owner's manual and look behind the receptacle to see wire colors.

When I hooked up my light bar, I took an old trailer harness and spliced into the 7 way behind the bumper so I will always have the 4 and 7 way free all the time and the wiring is hidden.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the help!
BigBlueEdge, LU229 thanks for the photo exactly what i needed...

Brummo, I ended up buying another harness yesterday and i spliced it into my existing harness and still the light bar didn't work properly I've come to the conclusion that it was broken when they sent it to me. So i sent them an email today explain everything so hopefully they can help me out and send me a new one or something...
I got it at the end of January and it had been sitting in my room until this past weekend when i installed it and it didn't look damage when i took it out of the box...
Kind of disappointed that i spent my money on it and spent the whole weekend trying to get it to work for it to be broken... Oh well..

Thanks again for the help guys.
