Default Radio replacement woes

I think I may know the answer to this already, but hoping maybe someone else can't point me in the right direction. I have a 2012 Ram and I want to upgrade to the RBZ non-nave so I can add a backup camera. I got a great deal on a dealer removed unit from a 2013 Grand Cherokee, its a high speed bus unit and brand new.

Sadly, I later discovered that the newer Rams have mounting holes on the sides, while the Cherokee has holes top and bottom like the older Rams...

Anybody know if there is a way to change the bezel on these things? If so where might I find parts. I hate to have to sell this thing and buy an older used unit, but it is starting to look that way....

Thanks

Very interesting, I think most of us are under the impression that the radios all had the standard bolt pattern, 2 top, 2 bottom. Maybe Chrysler changed it to mess with our minds.

You may want to check on Ebay or do a Google search other than that there is always super glue.
