I bought my 2012 Ram Express in Nov, and hit a deer a week ago. I want to get an aftermarket bumper put on, and realize there are some mounting hardware problems with the Express model.

My question is:

Who has had an aftermarket bumper put on their truck (obviously not an express or sport model), and did it bolt on to existing brackets, or were new ones supplied with the new bumper?

It should go on. On the Sport/Express models there's actually additional hardware for those bumpers. So, if you took it all off, it'll be exactly the same once you get down to the frame bits that the aftermarket bumper will hook directly up to.
