2012 Reset Breakers

2012 Ram 2500.....Any info here on how to/where to check breakers, that wont reset.? 4 fuses have no power to them....all regarding TRAILER LIGHTS.

Vehicles do not have breakers...Only fuses and relays. Obviously you have a bad relay or wire somewhere in your fuse box.
