Default 2WD 35's/37's Lift size

Hey all! I think this is my first post, if not then it's the first in a long time. Anyway, I have a 2010 1500 ST 2WD crew cab. Question is are 3.55 gears doable with 37's on a 2WD. If so, would a 7" lift from CST suffice or do I need to plan on going a little higher?

If I would need to regear for the 37's, i'm going to stick with 35's. I've seen that I would probably be able to use a 2" susp/3" body lift for that, is that correct?

Another question, off topic, is where can I pick up some black stock bumpers? I have chrome and I hate chrome. I was thinking about getting my powder coated but I don't know how the color matching would be.

Thanks a bunch!

37's would need new gears to take advantage of them, it will still go down the road on 3:55's but it will hunt for gears all the time and around town your mileage will suffer...the CST will do 35's with no problem but the 37's would look too stuffed IMO, they would probably rub also, if you put on a body lift w 3 " body lift with the CST it would look better

Thanks for the info. I think i'm going to go with the 37's and regear to 4.56. I'm also looking at the Performance Accessories 3" body lift. I'm planning on getting the Pro Comp 7033 18x9 wheels. I believe the backspacing is 5". Is this going to work or do I need to plan on getting wheel spacers?

Sorry for all of the questions, i'm new at all of this!

Thanks again.
