Weird issue here and I could use some help.

Took my rig to the car wash a couple of days ago and afterwards I realized something was wrong with my horn. Originally, the horn was plenty loud, loud enough, for example, for me to hear it from a good distance when locking it.

Ever since that car wash though, my horn has an almost muzzled sound. I can barely hear it when I lock it from maybe 50ft away! Have any of you had this issue? Has the horn just gone bad?
