Default Spare tire crank replacement

Anyone come up with a better crank for the spare tire carrier? This is the 3rd time I've had to use my spare due to cracking TPMS nuts and the 3rd time that I can't seem to get the spare to return to its proper location. The square end of the jack handles are so thin that they round out when you get any resistance from the carrier when the "socket" and "plug" come together at the top of the travel.

Little searching and I found this for tow operators: Says up to 03 Dodge, guess I'll have to measure the existing tool and see if it is 12MM - seems like it would be close to that.

Wound up having to use the new crank today and it works a lot better than the stock mess. Had yet another valve stem crack, this makes 4 now.

Why haven't you upgraded to the rubber valve stems?

Working on it. Just ordered a set of the 2010 rubber TPMS sensors that will get installed when I get new tires later this year. For now I picked up a $9 kit to fix the one I've got.
