How to change HEMI sparkplugs - VIDEO (2010 Hemi Ram Truck)
Only thing i would do different, (because its F-A-R-R-R-R easier)
i would use a long piece of fuel hose (to start the new plug) when reinstalling them down into the head.
THEN tighten and torque the new spark plugs to spec.
This old guy in the video is super fast too....roflmao
Anyhow, hope this sheds some light for the DIY guys at home.

Ther are several vids on youtube, so check out some others. I just thought this one showed more, more useful.
I pulled and checked mine at 30,000 AND 50,000 looked barely worn. Like some others, i`ll replace them at 60,000
I run the "Gumout" concentrated formula fuel system cleaner quite often, thats the reason my plugs still look really good.

Great video, I just did mine for the second time at 60K miles. Yup, they look pretty much new. I just replaced them because it takes as much effort to check them as is it to replace them. I don't want to give the the dealer any reason to deny my lifetime power-train warranty on my '09.

AGREED.... always deny the dealer anytime you can...!!! As a matter of fact, avoid them as much as possible...!
