Default 2013 ram 1500 sport

Hello everyone

I just bought a 2013 Ram Sport 1500 4x4. I just installed a 2.5 inch leveling kit and also pocket style bushwacker fender flares, they stick out roughly 2.5 inches.
So my question is I have 20 inch rims stock rubber now, I am wondering how I should go about making the tires not look funny because of the fender flares.

Do you suggest spacers with stock wheels? Or new tires or new tires and wheels?
Should I go with a smaller rim and bigger rubber?

Thanks in advance

I just got a 2013 Express 1500 4x4 Shortbed, I would say at LEAST new tires, but probably to look the best, I'd say tires and wheels. Good luck with her.

Can you post a pic of her. I'd like to see how it looks with the leveling kit installed. Thanks, Jeff

318dodge,

Congratulations on your new Ram! I really think it boils down to personal preference and what you want to spend. Have you spoke with a Dodge dealer parts department they will be able to provide some insight as far as options available for specific price ranges.

Keep us updated and post some pictures if you get a chance.

I just bought a 2013 sport as well, put fender flares on and put the 2.5" leveling kit in it and the installed 35" tires on 20" black rims and it looks real clean now

Congrats on the new 13 sport...!
What gear ratio did you get with your new sport 4x4...???
My own personal opinion, get new wheels AND tires together.
I would stay away from wheel spacers any time that you can.
If you change the offset with new wheels, this should do you fine.
And stay away from the factory dealerships, they`re way over priced.
A google search for wheels & tires will get you alot of ideas & selections.
Forget tire rack dot com, they`re way high on prices like the dodge dealerships are.

Chrisdoll,

Post some pictures if you can! It sounds like you have a nice set up going.

Congratulations on your new purchase and welcome to the Dodge Forum.
