Mega-cab, 6.4 ' box, exact length?

Mega-cab, 6.4 ' box, exact length?
Straighten me out on the exact, overall, factory bumper-to-factory bumper length of the 2013 Dodge Ram Mega Cab 2500. I have seen this: 248.4 inches, but some sites say "with bumper", some say "without." Which is it?
Just want to be sure it fits my garage.
