Default Power Steering Pump/Tires?

First question:I think my power steering pump is on the way out, it has started to whine. I have searched a little and I have seen two ways to buy it, with or without reservoirs. What is the determining factor on this?

Second question: Did anything ever come with the steering wheel shake on the 1500's? I still have it at times and Iam thinking of just buying new tires. The stockers are at 31,000 now and they are getting to the end. I wanted to wait longer but if new tires will help my shake problem I will do it now. The truck is basically only used to pull the boat and the camper, so that is why the mileage is so low and I have not put tires on until now.

Thanks for any and all help.

If you have the choice on the PS pump, buy it WITH the reservoir... a lot less headaches.
As for the shake, its likely the tires... replace them if they`re worn out. Mine shook, new tires fixed it 100%

I've learned that tires can cause a heap of drivability issues.
