UCONNECT problems

I am running into some flaky problems with UCONNECT. I checked and I have version 13.15.4. One time the display went blank. Another time the display froze. I could not mute the volume or do anything on the touch screen. The third time the system rebooted.
After I turn the ignition button off and then back on it operates normally. Is this something that I should take in to be checked out? It does not do it every time. It has happened 3 times in the last 400 miles. It is a new 2013 RAM 1500.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
A customer may experience, one or more of the following conditions.
· Radio reset, screen lockup, blank screen or sluggish system response time.
· Loss of vehicle position on NAV map.
· Compass indicator turns off.
· Erratic changes to vehicle icon on NAV map.
· Touch screen shut down message.
· Radio surround sound will not stay ON.
· Driver memory feature causes Sirius XM failure.
· Loss of radio presets.
· Battery drain - due to radio remains on.
· Uconnect apps don't load.
· AM/FM popping noises and/or static.
· Backup camera display is blank.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available. If Audio DTC's are present record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin.

I just checked the site too and it says my version 13.15.4 is the latest one. Apparently they must release the updates through the dealerships before releasing to the public. I'll check back in a couple weeks.

Do you have a link for the video? The one I saw was with an aftermarket kit installed in the factory system.

Problems and more problems
OK. I am on my 2nd radio. Tomorrow I take it in yet again. The screen is blank and nothing works. My questions are:
1. Is it still under warranty. I have 40k miles and it is a 2013.
More later.
Is there an aftermarket replacement that is more reliable?
