So on the advise of another Ram owner on another forum I removed my phone from paired devices and re-paired it and Viola... it stopped rebooting.

I picked up my new 4500 fri and they said the u connect 5.0 went out "that m orning" (screen locked up) It is vin specific so they have another ordered today. Seems like the POS will keep being a problem. I need the truck for work so couldn't just leave it. What a great start.

My 2013 had this problem and they replaced the radio. Flashed a couple of items and all problems gone.
