Hello.

My 2012 Ram 1500 Big Horn has only 13k miles on and I've noticed a few times this summer, I'll go to start my truck, the electrical will come on, but the engine won't turn. I'll wait awhile and come back, it starts right up.

Also, I've noticed that my dash and radio lights get really dim at times and then come back to normal brightness and go back to being dim.

Any thoughts on these matters what they could be?
