Default Water in the Hood?

I've noticed a peculiar problem on my 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn. After a rain, or washing the truck, when I open the hood, water drains from the insulation attached to the underside of the hood, from the hole where the light is located. I can't see where it's coming from. I don't think it's a critical problem, but over time, it could damage the insulation. Has anyone seen this?

My 2012 doesn't drip. Mine doesn't have any scoops, etc in the hood to let water in. Do you smell coolant?

Is it kept in a cool garage? I'm just thinking it is pretty humid in Fl. Maybe your getting condensation? Pretty strange though. I have not heard of that one yet.
