Default Strange clicking noise, front of engine

Have 2010 Ram 1500 4x4 with the Hemi. Have had a loud clicking noise at low speeds which i thought was coming from somewhere in the drive line. Put it up on jackstands today to try and find the problem.
Found that the noise is coming from the front of the engine. Strange part is that it will only do it in gear and only after it shifts to 2nd. About 20mph and around 1300rpms. Will not make the noise when in neutral and holding the revs in the rpm range.
My first guess is maybe fan clutch but does anyone have any ideas or encounter this problem?

Thanks.......Marc

Yes. Had this done twice. Once on each side on my truck. Friend at dorman says the bolts and the headers themselves are a commonly ordered dealer part.

But exhaust leak from broken stud should happen at idle and when the engine is cold. It should not only happen when in gear and usually gets masked as RPMs go up from idle (in my case at least). Can certainly have the dealer check for broken studs but I don't think this is caused by that.

Check the bolts on the joint between the manifolds and cats, that was the issue on my 2010 i tightened them and sound gone.

I had the same issue on my 2011 sport and it was a bad MDS ( Multiple Displacement Solenoid ) It was only one that went bad but when they had it apart I replace all 4 of them. Try driving with tow haul on and see if you still get the noise.
