Do you have a part number, what it cost, and a picture of it that you can post in here...?

LU, Keg97 is talking about PML covers. The are a local company to me and I've spoken to them directly and they are very helpful. Here is a link to their covers with prices. They do have a disclaimer about the clearances with the sway bar.

If Keg97 has a ZF axle and he installed it without issues then that's the answer.

I took some measurements on mine tonight. I have about 3 1/2" to the top bar, not sure what its called. And looks like about 3 3/8" to the lower or sway bar. The Mag-Hytec claimed their cover was 3 3/8" deep. So the sway bar would be tight.

I measured mine before I ordered it and my measurement from the surface that the cover mounts to the panhard bar and swaybar was 4" and the cover is 3 3/8", so there should be no problem.

Your measurements are different then what I got on mine. Panhard bar was 3 1/2" on mine, and the sway bar was 3 3/8". Wonder what the difference would be?

All of the measurements you guys are talking about are static. What about when the truck is going over uneven terrain? There's got to be some flexing and movement of the bar.

Correct, if it's tight just sitting there, I'm pretty sure it will get tighter with movement. Great point, thanks.
