The R/T did come with the rear bar already there. Yes, since it is the 2013 model it has the 4:10 rear end, higher stall converter, and 22" wheels. It is a Reg Cab. The 4 door is just a sport and you cannot/ could not get the 4:10 rear end, stall converter, or wheels on the 4 door. Awesome truck.
