Default Fan clutch

I have a 2012, 2500 Hemi. Great truck love the truck. I have a fan clutch that makes a very loud noise. Every time I get to the dealership of course it's gone. I don't know if the truck is warmed up or what. It has happened three times. This noise Is in the morning and could last all day (I don't drive all day) It makes it sound like a very old diesel and its gas. should this clutch be replaced I only have 9000 miles on the truck. Thanks for you input and hope that I have explained the question.

set your heater controls so the ac compressor does not run (no ac or defrost) and then see if the mechanical fan will run. if the ac is on the electric fan helps and the mech fan probably stops.
