Default Muffler delete or dod14m?

Just got a new 13 ram with hemi and factory duals. I had an 08 hemi with cherry bomb vortex, loved the sound but the drone was terrible cruising at highway speeds. I had exhaust tips angled out behind rear wheels which didn't help the matter, but I'm wanting to know you guys opinions on the muffler delete vs the 14" magnaflow? I'm fine with it being loud as long as it has good tone, and I love the sound of the delete on the videos I've seen of them. Just worried about the drone because it drove me nuts pulling my boat. Opinions please! Thanks in advance. Also I plan on leaving the resonators on.

Not everybody`s opinion will be the same, nore will they agree... one guy will say his drones, another guy with the same set up says his dosent. Put the magnaflow on with the resonators, you`ll be ok. You`ll have drone no matter what you do, some more than others. Prone to drone will always happen with straight thru muffler designs. Just depends on what you`re willing to put up with.

Purchased my 2013 Blackout a week ago. Twenty minutes after I got it home had the exhaust from the muffler back ripped off. Love the sound of the single three inch. Does not drone and is fairly quiet once you are at cruise speed.

Doesn't matter really in my truck. As soon as my ex-wife would get into the truck, it was all one long drone for the whole damn ride....."Til I got the drone delete kit. Cost me a lot of money but now the ride is sweet!

I love my magnaflow.18 inch. I travel across the country amd trust me. Drone is minimum I will still be able to have conversations and with the music up I can't hear it while cruising. Magnaflow 12288 I'm. Very happy

The Mufflex folks sell snake oil. Magnaflow mufflers at 3x the retail price. You'll have so many exhaust leaks that it'll drone out any drone the muffler has.

Save yourself some time and a lot of hassle, find a local exhaust shop, and get it done right, either with or without the muffler. It's a win-win situation, you get a quality job and you pump a little cash back into your local economy.
