Default Just got me a 2012 Ram now some questions?

I just got a 2012 ram 1500 single cab with the Hemi baby, I'm loving it. I'm guessing it's a base model ( manual Windows and locks, regular radio and no big pretty message center in the odometer cluster) but I had to settle for it. I know a whole lot about second gens but nothing on 4th Gen. Question is can the manual window's and locks be converted to power?
Can I install that uconnect stuff?
Can I replace the odometer thingy with the big pretty message center?

i think some people have upgraded uconnect here but as far as the evic i think you are stuck. the parts guy at the dealer said the speedo cluster is the body module (win) and has to be sent away and programmed if you need to change it

The local dealer here has a few that have had power window conversion done to them. From what I saw is the crank is replaced by a small black cap. I am guessing it spins around when you raise or lower the windows. I didn't pay enough attention to what the buttons were. Power lock actuators can be added fairly easily. None of this will tie into the vehicle systems but can be controlled by an aftermarket alarm system pretty easily. Some of those systems can use the factory fobs too.

The cap does not spin.
