I wondering if I can install the factory leather heated/cooled seats from a 2012 ram into my 2013 ram? Is the wiring already there and i just add the switch bank in the dash with the heated seats controls?

I wouldn't be sure about that. The 2013 up have completely different electronics and I am not sure if the plugs are the same. I wanted to add heated seats and wheel to mine and did extensive research. From what I can tell is the wiring is there but that's about it.

To give a good indication, they changed the electronics so much that aftermarket heated seat kits can no longer be plugged into the lighter wiring and work.

I don't know which model you have but it looks like chrysler will have a heated seat kit coming. It looks like it will actually be the factory kit and include the heated pads and the heated seats/ steering wheel module. I have no idea of an ETA though. I am just waiting myself right now.

I guess you could pop the cover off the dash stack and see for yourself if the wiring is there... if not, all bets are off.
