Good to hear, that's very commendable of your dealer to step up like that. Hope you enjoy the new truck

Well, that's great news. Glad to hear that they're taking care of you.

He is willing to trade my current truck for the new truck, with a little paper work fee.
So I just reordered a 2014 Ram Laramie Crew with the same options my current one has.

I do & will.
You have to remember on my current 2013 Laramie I have the 8.4AN center, and it was suppose to have the Sirius antenna & Uconnect but was not installed by Ram.
With my dealer having Ram now keeping those items the new 2014 Laramie with 8.4AN center will have both features installed like it should originally.

We are in the same boat. Bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and after we got it home we realized we couldn't find or activate the uConnect Access and the Sirius button wasn't there. We just thought we were doing something wrong so took it back to the dealer the next day and were told they would look into it. As it turns out, since we are in Hawaii they deleted those items. And like the OP we aren't going to be here forever and really wanted those options for when we go back to the mainland.

So not sure where we go from here other than to complain. But it's really annoying to spend top money on a new truck with all the bells and whistles only to find some very basic items were purposely not installed. I did hear from the salesman that they were trying to figure out some way to compensate us for it but I'd really just rather have Sirius and uConnect Access.
