Heater blend door actuator knocking(no heat)

Default Heater blend door actuator knocking(no heat)

I know the problem is an actuator not working but i cant find the one thats not working. I tried the two under the radio behind the heater controls and the one behind the glove box, but i cant find where there is another one(the one that knocking. If you have any ideas where and which one i would really appriciate the help

There is 2 more hidden between the firewall behind the whole dash compartment, u cannot see those when simply removing the radio or glove box. its A about a $800 dealer job, since i decided to do the job myself i replaced both of them ($60each) to be on the safe side.

drove home from work in -19 degres celcius no heat(35 min drive)
seems the comp lost interest in talking to the acuator 30 min at the dealer and a reflash all is working guess the have a bulletin on this as i found out asking alot of questions as i was freezing like hell but it is only covered under warranty
mine lucky as it is a 2012 with only 18000 km
just wondering if dodge cares wants to step in and now that it has happen when it is off warrenty since it is an occurance will it be covered
