Question accidently put in 4 wheel high at 100 km
accidently put in 4 wheel high at 100 km thought i had turned the heater fan up
does it have something that will not make it engage
nothing seems wrong so far

It will engage at pretty much any speed. Nothing should be harmed by that.

What may cause harm is engaging under throttle while the rear wheels were spinning (i.e. rear and front wheels at different speeds). That is a no-no.
