buy dealer lifted 1500 or build myself ?
I can get a great deal on a new 1500 Quad cab 5.7 6 speed with a 6" zone lift 20 inch Xd rock stars new style wrapped in Nitto 35s MTs ,bushwacker paint matched fender flares and n fab steps. Its got the ramcharger hood as well. The issues I have are that it doset have a anti spin rear and it has 3:55s not 3:92s. My '06 has 3:92s with 33's and the 5.7 . It rocks but I need an extended cab. Another dealer has the same truck stock minus the ram charger hood but with the xenon type lights and the anti spin rear with a 3:92. Are these two items deal breakers. I could get the lifted truck cheaper then it would cost to do myself as I have connections there. thoughts ?

for an off roading machine antispin is a must so for me it would be a deal breaker the other stuff depends on how important it is to u. how much is a plain unit and how much is the one allready done? that would be the factor for me odds are u can build for cheeper but without knowing the prices its hard to give advice
Not worth it. You're better off holding out on something better equipped or lift a truck yourself. Ive found theres too many retarded sales departments out there picking trucks off their lot that are not well equipped for big tires and off road driving… weather this is because they want to keep the price tag lower for easier financing or just pure negligence, i don't know...
thanks found a stock quad 1500 with the 3:92 and anti slip truck has the blacked out package and xenon type headlights. Want to install 6' BDS lift and 35's on 18,s, bushwacker pocket flares and a flowmaster exhaust
