Strut or Strut Mount???

Default Strut or Strut Mount???
Got a thud coming from the drivers side and I can feel it in my feet when hitting bumps. Any way to tell if its the strut or just the mount? Thanks!

could be almost anything. I have a similar issue I am trying to resolve. Could be blown out shock, worn shock bushings. I am leaning towards the sway bar end links being shot at this point.

Check the body mounts, had one loose where the steps mounted and banged at times.
