Default To level or not.

Just bought a 2012 Ram 1500 quad cab. Thinking about leveling front end, but worried it might void my 100,000 mile bumper to bumper. Or if there are any issues with leveling with these trucks. Any thoughts?? And also just do the front level, because I see they also make a kit that brings up the *** end too. Anyone have before and after pictures of their 2012 leveled??

Chris

I'm not sure about '12-C models, but sum1 members have complained about a vibration, even with an alignment while engaged with 4wd. Others have said no problems at all.

There was a theory of not leveling the front end beyond 1.5", and there are venders who do supply those leveling kits. Most usually do the full 2", which was to believe was to much angle for the CV joints. However, there are aftermarket high angle CV joints available, which can coat a pretty penny.

As fast as warranty, the only parts that can be denied, are any aftermarket parts which directly affect a failure.

Just don't go beyond 2.5" and it will be ok. Going 3" can cause front-end issues like bad angles.
