Little more info from you might help....
1) does it stay on with the truck turned off and key out of ignition...???
2) does it change when switching from hi beam to low beam...???
3) have you added ANY aftermarket items to the electrical...???

I did put hid lights in and when I had them in a while it started. So I put my original lights in again. And yes its on if th truck is turned off its always on key in or out of ignition. And no its not changing if I switch from hi beam to low beam its just always on.

I`m just throwing this out there, food for thought....
Hopefully when you installed the HID`s, it was a simple plug-n-play hook up, and no wiring was cut/spliced anywhere and shorted out/crossed. Do you think it is possible that water got up near anything electrical under the hood/engine compartment...? Car wash...??? It sounds like you may be replacing the hi/low beam switch, or worse, the TIPM.
