Hello All,


I am new to the forum and I am looking for some information on how to remove the inner box of the left or right ram box so that I can install an air compression bracket inside one of the boxes. I just want to be sure before I start unscrewing things and potentially mess up the rambox seal etc. Any help is appreciated.


If I can get started I will post up a link to a video covering the install I do with the ARB twin air compressor that I hope could help someone else out.

RAM BOX STORAGE REMOVAL


1. Open the Ram Box lid (3). 2. Remove the four hinge bolts (2). 3. Remove the four bolts from the bottom (6). 4. Remove the two outboard bolts (5). 5. Remove the three inboard bolts (4). 6. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) and remove the ram box.

Thanks jawsdc. I am going to try and do the install this weekend. I'll post photos and a video up once I finish up. Have to make a custom loomed power cable since the one arb gives you is only 5 feet.

 

I would love to see the photos you have before I attempt to remove them...thanks!
