Dealership nightmares
So I took my truck in to have some warrantee work done and it’s been nothing but trouble since. So a little background. This is the dealership that I bought the truck from. It is also the closest to where I live at just over 4 hours one way to get to. The next closest in 7 hours away. Anyways ill start from the beginning.
I took my truck in a year ago because the front passenger axle seal was leaking. When I got the truck back the seal was still leaking and I found out a few months later that they lost the key for the lug-nuts as well. They were supposed to replace it along with the locking lug-nuts as I destroyed them trying to get them off without the key. Still waiting for them too though I'm not holding my breath.
Now a few weeks ago I took it back as both front axle seals were leaking as well as the front drivers CV joint was shot. I also wanted the paint on my rear bumper looked at as it is pealing of. After a few discussions back and forth I was told the paint wasn’t covered as it was caused by rock chips (bull****! see link for pics) but they did the rest of the work. They had the truck for 4 days and unfortunately when I picked the truck up they were closed or it would have never left the parking lot.
When I got home I noticed something funny about the CV boot (see link for pics). It hadn’t been aligned properly before being put on. So I figured next time I was there Id have them straighten it. Now tonight I was doing an oil change and got looking a bit closer at their work and here's what I found (see link for pics) also its only been 900KM since it was worked on.
-Both CV boots that were just put on are cracked and have holes in them.
-The passenger side axle seal was changed but the bolts holding it in place were not put back in
So question is what do I do next? Anyone know how to get a hold of Dodge's warrantee dept.? I was thinking of letting them know since they're the ones paying for this shoty work. I really don’t want to have anything more to do with that dealership as I’m beginning to think they couldn’t even fix a pedal bike. Nor do I think I should have to 8 hrs. twice and waste 2 days of my time to take it back to them. And to take it to a different dealership it’s almost twice as far. I haven't called them to tell them what I’ve found now but I did let them know that I was not happy with how it was fixed when I got it back and never heard anything back on that so I doubt they will do anything for this.
Here’s the link to the pics, hope it works lol

Your owner's guide has the contact information for Chrysler support. Looking at the pictures, I think you may be over reacting over a couple of the items. The missing bolts are a definite problem as well as the paint. The crack on the boot doesn't look like it goes thru but it's hard to tell with the posted picture. The hole in the other boot may be there on purpose, some manufacturers use a "breathing hole". The cut on the outer boot doesn't look to me to be affecting the boot function, hard to tell by the picture.
If I found myself your situation, I would contact the service manager at the dealer with a phone call. Calmly explain what you found and ask to send him (her) an email with a picture of your complaints along with explaining that you took your truck to a reputable paint shop and they determined that the problem was with the application of the paint. After he (she) reviews your pictures have another conversation and present your demands. Let him know that you expect everything fixed, including the paint and that they need to send someone to pick up your truck as your are tired of wasting gas money and time due to their screw-ups. At this point he will balk but you now have established your bargaining position. Explain that if you are not satisfied with his offer, you will contact Chrysler directly.
The one thing you don't want to do is scream about the hole in the boot and have them tell you it's there for a purpose and then complain about the cut on the boot and have it be superficial along with the crack (the boot with the crack doesn't look like it's a new boot). You will loose credibility and then they will just blow you off.

Thanks for your reply Pedro Dog. I know it just seams like a bunch if little things and any one on there own I'd probably let go but they all add up to me and since it's there is something wrong with everything they did and the kicker is I made 2 special trips down there for this.
Unfortunately the holes arnt drain holes they are everywhere the boot was kinked in instead of being concentric rings. I just didn't post the pics of each one since they all look the same. The holes are from the rubber rubbing on itself. Also one of the cracks is through the other isn't the way yet but I'm sure it soon will be.
I haven't tried calling yet as there closed for the weekend. But guess I'll be on the phone tomorrow.

I'm very sorry to learn of the issues you're experiencing. Have you received any word from the dealership, or been in contact with the Service Manager? Have you had the opportunity to contact Chrysler Canada Customer Care to discuss the current status of your truck?
Keep an eye on your PM inbox as well.
