Default Trans Problems

I was wondering if anybody can help me with this problem.
I have a 2013 Ram Big Horn. The transmission is in my opinion not working properly. Here the reasons why:
1) When backing out of my driveway and I go from to reverse to drive the truck rolls back at least 5 feet before the transmission engages to drive.
2) When passing a car or going up a hill and you accelerate and passing gear sets in there is a bump in the transmission, like it's a valve is stuck closed then it pops open and you get the jolt. On wet roads it's scary. Truck starts to spin the tires.

I had it to the dealership several times and they place it on the computer and say they they reset everything but the problem persists.
What I need to find out is, could there be a a mechanical problem and not a computer problem that I can tell them to look at.

1) You go from reverse to drive without stopping the truck?
2) Sounds pretty normal, the downshift/upshift from a kickdown is usually pretty firm

Yes I do stop, but when you take your foot off the brake to accelerate the truck still moves backwards. The truck takes a bit longer to engage drive.

As for being firm in downshifting, I'm not sure if it should be that hard.
