Is there a way to access the service history which the dealer has recorded on my 2009 Dodge Ram? The Dealership has performed all maintenance on the truck and completed the lifetime warranty inspection on the Power train but I still keep receiving notices from Dodge/Chrysler to have the inspection performed.

Your servicing dealer will be able to provide work orders that outline any repairs or maintenance performed on your truck. Have you discussed the additional inspection letters with your Service Dept?

 

Thanks. My Dealer always provides a copy of the Service Tickets including the one for the Warranty Inspection but I am nervous it did not get recorded where other dealers could see it if need be. My Dealer's Service Dept has always did a great job.
