Okay so I know that it's not a dodge but my dads 1995 Buick Regal Gran Sport has a slight problem. It stutters really bad at idle and sometimes dies. It will start right back up. He said that it will randomly go from like 1500 to around 4000. Today he was going into a sharp curve and it died. He didn't wreck somehow. Lol and the CEL is on.

 

A good place to start would be to see what the code its throwing is.

 

Yeah I forgot to add that he hasn't had the chance to have a scan tool hooked up yet. Lol
