It was easier to just pull the panel and the resistor pack - 5 minutes to yank them and bring them in the house where it is warm. I've got a column shift so it is only 2 screws to pull that center bezel with everything attached. The problem was obvious as soon as I pulled the resistor pack. Thing is completely rusted up and the #2 pin is rotted out.
Nobody stocks them locally, I'll have to see if the dealer does Monday before ordering one online.

I went with a "beefier" relay from Amazon (brass with a large ceramic heat sink). I didn't want to keep replacing the stock one every 4 years. Had to mod the connector to make it work, terminals are labeled, and it was only $20 with free shipping.
