Advice on shift points

Default Advice on shift points

i don't know what I should have my shift points at I have the doablosport trinity t1000 right now there at the stock 5600 where should I put them for the best performance oh and I have a 4 inch lift with 35s

Where do you want them? Start by defining that.

It really depends on your engine mods.
On a stock engine 5600 is ideal because your not really making more power beyond that and it starts to fall off quick.
If you had bigger Throttle Body + intake a Tune and say a free flowing exhaust
then you could theoretically make better use out of more revs. say up to 5850RPM-6000RPM and still have the engine making optimal power.
Cams and head work is where you need to more seriously consider changing shift points to something beyond say 6000rpm
