Default front lower control arm bolts

Okay so a buddy of mine is installing a long arm kit in his 2010 ram 2500. Both lower control arm front bolts were seized to the sleeves. My question is can he use regular high grade bolts or doespecially he have to get those wwire *** bolts that they use from factory. I guess bds thinks you'll have no problem getting those bolts out to re use them.

Are those the adjustment bolts for caster? (has an eccentric washer on each side)

If so, and the long arm kit requires them, then yep, you need factory bolts.

Most long arm kits I have seen, use threaded end links on one end to set caster, and do not use the cam bolts.

If that is the case, then he can use Grade 8 bolts of the proper size.
