Default Radio, clock and GPS issues 8.4AN/RA4

So I am new to the forum, I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn with the HEMI. I had the radio/GPS updated last month due to the GPS showing me way off course mid way into a trip. Particularly if I stop for gas or bathroom and shut the truck down for 5-10 minutes. When I listen to the music on my phone either through Bluetooth or through the USB port the clock stops. Also when I connect my phone to the USB port it constantly restarts playing all my songs rather than the playlist it left off with when I disconnected it last.
The emergency phone constantly says it needs service tends to coincide with when the clock stops and the GPS doesn't show me in the right location.
I tied to download the update for the radio to update it myself but the website was not working properly.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. Did the dealer perform the update under technical service bulletin 08-036-14 Rev A or RRT 13-071? Also, you can also contact Uconnect at 877-855-8400 for assistance.

Yes it had the most recent update and it didn't do many of these things prior to the update. I was there yesterday and they opened a ticket with Dodge corporate, they were asked to take screen shots of numerous things and download them to a thumb drive and send them to Dodge for review. the dealer called me today to let me know that Dodge told them to change the radio. So they are ordering me a new radio. I suppose that is one way to fix it.

Thanks for the response it's appreciated.

That's the way my 2015 works as well. I guess I assumed that was the way it worked. If it's a bug I'd like to know and hopefully get it fixed, as it is kind of annoying...
