Default 2013 Ram 1500 4x4, 285/60/20s will they fit stock rims

Thinking about a set of Goodyear Wrangler AT Adventures in LT285/60/R20 size I was wondering if anyone has mounted these on the stock wheels, any issues with clearance?

Also what is the best way to level the front end of this truck?

That is basically only .5 inches taller than your stock tire. It is a little wider though. I would think you should be fine. Easiest way to lift that hog of yours would be to install a leveling kit. Go to Hellbentsteel.com and they are $75.00. I've always installed my own leveling kits but my local American Tires store said they would do it for $99. I bought the 2" leveling as I've heard going higher may cause an issue or two. Anyways, my truck is leveled, looking good and I am now running 35/12.5R20 on 20x9 Fuel Boost wheels.

Factory strut was leakingso I used Bilstein height adjustable shocks, set them 1 and a half inches above stock, it raised the front end 3/8 above rear. Stiffend front end and handles rough roads better . Now looking at lift kit, 4 inch i think as its a daily driver weekend getaway. .
