My 2003 (SLT, Hemi, 2WD) has about 185,000 miles. Everything is original except for wear items like tires, brakes, spark plugs, light bulbs, etc. Even the starter is original. Here are the maintenance issues I've had since new:
1. Left rear axle shaft bent around 90K - replaced for about $100 plus differential cover gasket and fluid. Not sure how the bend happened.
2. Left front spindle bearing noisy around 130K - replaced assembly, $120
3. Right front spindle bearing noisy around 155K - replaced assembly, $120
4. Exhaust pipe broke off just behind the catalytic converter, around 160 K, had it re-welded for $30.
5. A/C and heater blend doors stopped working properly about 160 K, repair quoted at $650, haven't done it yet.
6. CEL comes on intermittently and throws a code related to air-flow sensor. Still runs fine and gets 20 MPG, though, and I reset the code and took it through inspection while the light was off.

Just logged 112k and so far nothing major. All of the routine stuff. Had some problems with the sunroof, a power window, washer fluid pump, running board, heated mirror and a few other things that were covered under my extended warranty. My first Dodge and plan on keeping it for damn near ever. She's treated me right so far!
