Default 2009 Vent issues

Hello all

I have a 2009 Ram 1500 and seem to be having issues with even heat and AC distribution. With the heater on the vents on the driver’s side produce more heat thepassenger side. It’s the opposite when the AC is on. I do not hear any clickingbehind the dash to indicate the vent motors are bad. So what might the issuebe?

OopsLost,

I'm sorry to hear about your heating/AC concern. When did you first notice the symptom? Did it start suddenly? Does it occur every time you drive?

I checked it on my way home from work and the heater seems fine, it's the AC. All cents blow air and change settings when selected.

OopsLost,

If you are experiencing less airflow or cool air, in some cases this can be caused by debris (dirt, leaves or organic material building up). Have you had an opportunity to have a formal diagnosis?
