Default 4th gen 2500 diesel chirping while accelerating

I have a 2010 ram 2500 diesel its standard and when I take off and release clutch there is a chirping noise coming from front end somewhere if I push in clutch it's gone if I step on throttle it's back only happens from takeoff to mybe 40 mph what could this be I replaced wheel joints last year? Could it be my clutch or belt?

Does it only do this while the turbo is building boost? Is there a certain RPM range when it occurs or throughout the entire power band? I've seen this before where a turbo has issues, and the impeller veins actually rub the housing slightly.

Chirping noise is usually u-joints, you can often see which one is noisy because it will have bright-coloured rust around the cup of the joint where it meets the cross.
