Default Front Parking Light Question

Hi,
I'd like to add a couple of amber LED marker lights on the front of my Ram 1500 Express. No tow hooks, so I'm going to mount them on the tow hook cover. I might put them a little in-board so I have the option to add hooks in the future...

Anyway, I want to tap into the front parking lights on each side to get power. Since these are LED, no need for a relay or anything elaborate. I found a wiring diagram and the parking light wires on each side are WT/BR on the left and WT/OR on the right.

Instructions for replacing bulbs require the removal of the headlight assembly. I'd rather not do that to tap into the wires.

Question:
Do the headlight assembly wires pass into the engine bay?

Thanks,
Doug

I did. There are several pieces of wire loom that could contain the headlight wires... Before I go pulling them apart, I though I'd ask to see of someone can save me some time by telling me where to look first.
