That's hardly enough information for anyone to even begin to diagnose over the Internet. Does this while driving? Going over bumps or flat road? Sitting still? Revving or idling? In gear just forward or reverse or neutral? Is the engine running or not? 2 or 4 wheel drive? What transmission? How many miles? You can help us help you by providing as much detail as possible.

It is a 5 speed automatic, with 4 wheel drive. This sound was not as loud today, it was sitting in park at idle.... I also have those loud squealing noise when I turn my steering all the way to either side.... Not the name noise though

Every power steering vehicle squeals at full lock. As for the squeaking at the bottom of the engine, is it a belt? Change it or apply some belt dressing on it - depending on how warn it is. If its a mount or suspension component, put it on a lift and start shaking things - you'll find the culprit.

It's a 5+ year old truck, about the time rubber bushings start to wear and ball joints, tie rod ends, etc. start to need replacing as normal maintenance. Might be the reason the previously owner decided to sell rather than spending $ in routine maintenance that would be required at 5 years old...
