Loud clicking at startup - 166 miles

I have a 01 Dodge ram 1500, I get a clicking sounds in the front when I'm locked into 4WD, if I try to go fast in snow the 4WD slips and i loose my 4WD untill i slow down and regain traction, my 4x4 light comes on and stays on. Would it be my ujoints or CAD? I've even thought the shafts might be wore down. Theirs Only about 100,000 since I've Had My 4WD fixed before.
