New tires for my ram with no rubbing

I'm running a 285/70 R17 the small 33's I would like the run 18 rims with the largest tire with no rubbing also I have a 2.5 leveling kit. Would I be able to put a full 33 (305) or larger and I also want an offset to come out at least 1.5 - 2 inches to look right with the fender flares.
